I want you back.

As this is the first, (hopefully of many) please do excuse any gracelessness I might display here or in any coming posts. Now thats out of the way, let me share my thoughts with you. Creativity and spontaneity. I want it back. I can remember in my youth being inspired the by the things I would see; the way the light glittered across the surface of the water; the way that persons sim-like face could be so easily captured using just a #2 hb pencil; that commonplace book of unrelated doodles and whatnot.. *sigh*




Id just like to add it was a little bit more advanced, incase you wondered.

 
Somewhere along the line that is life, such expression was forced to take a backseat. With the hopes of being a journalist demolished at AS level, no background support for studying Anglais "Not all the time- grammar grammar!" said a distant uncle, and no art qualification, well I thought it was no longer relevant. I mean, any degree with no definite promise of income is not going to fly well with a Nigerian family. Hence I benefit nothing from and have no time for and cant even really, anymore, draw or even write..But thats a lie. From the pits of hell it is lol. God given talents are not to be wasted. Nor are they removed. And mine shant be. Which is why I shall purchase for myself a pretty commonplace book to deposit my ponderings, questions, the odd sketch or two and most importantly, my priceless opinionage. (Yes, this is now a word; just because it's not in your dictionary doesn't mean its not in mine). Yes, excellent *Mr. Burns hand gesture*, this is will be step 1. of a long self discovery. So yeah, come see about me. See about me baby.
